Living a busy and hectic lifestyle makes it very difficult to think about learning new skills and trying something new, but you could be really missing out on something great as there are huge benefits to learning new things:

1) You can grow as a person, improve your knowledge base and improve yourself for the better.
2) Opens up your world - a new experience might be the best one you have ever tried!
3) Developing a new skill will influence the way you do things day to day and could make doing things quicker and easier – saving time, energy and stress.
4) It is very important for our self-esteem. It keeps brain cells active and provides an opportunity to succeed at something new – allowing us to give ourselves a big pat on the back.
5) Make new friends! Trying anything different ensures you meet new people, some of whom will have similar interests to you and be interested in some of the same things.

Take a chance and create a new adventure - how about learning how to paint with oils and amaze yourself at what you can achieve!
